Iced Chai Latte Recipe

Step 1: Infuse the Botanicals

Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add 3 tbsp of Rose & Cardamom Chai Mix. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5–7 minutes. This creates a potent concentrate that ensures the floral notes aren't lost when adding milk and ice.

Step 2: Sweeten the Concentrate

While the tea is still hot, stir in 2 tbsp of cane sugar. Stirring at this stage ensures the sweetener dissolves completely, creating a smooth, consistent texture.

Pour the mixture through a strainer to remove the tea leaves and spices. Allow the concentrate to rest for a few minutes, or place it in an ice bath until chilled.

Step 3: Pour, Pour, Pour

Fill a tall glass with large ice cubes and pour in your chilled concentrate. Top with 1 cup of cold whole milk, watching the chai marble through.

Optional but recommended: For a velvety finish, froth 3 tbsp heavy cream with 1 tbsp milk and a pinch of cardamom until creamy then layer it over the top.
