Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
Karachi Chai Company is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. However, we will do our best to assist if issues arise.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages
